Alan began his career as a researcher/writer with separate degrees in Psychology, Sociology and English Literature. He is a Strategic Planning Consultant specializing in “Turnaround Solutions” for businesses and individuals. Some of the ‘A’ list companies he has worked with include Molson Breweries, Standard Broadcasting, Neuvo Mundo Broadcasting and Caroni Rum Trinidad Ltd. A Customer Service expert, he has consulted and trained for many four and five star hotels including the world leader in Luxury hotels, Sandals International.

Having worked together consulting and training over a 13 year period, he and Dr. Cauvier decided to integrate their years of research and experience in working with companies and individuals, and distilled the most important learning lessons of wealth creation into the best-selling books “The ABCs of Making Money” and “The ABCs Of Making Money 4 Teens”.

Along with Dr. Cauvier, Alan is a sought after public speaker on financial issues and strategies. He has spoken in front of more than 100,000 people and won raves, along with Dr. Cauvier, for their cutting edge seminars and workshop events.

A self-made millionaire and entrepreneur, Alan is also a multi-award winning documentary producer. His documentaries on The Beatles and Rolling Stones are considered the definitive biographies by broadcasters and audiences around the world and have each generated bestselling books. One of his recent documentaries won a finalist certificate from the New York TV Festival, 2001.
